In Islamic and Iranian law the financial independence principle is the basis of financial relationship between couples. The rule of paying for the wage of the tasks that woman does with the aim of obeying her husband dose not limited to divorce. It is a general rule that is workable in other cases. This study which has been conducted using library method and is of descriptive type, proves (the Principle of not possessing women's properties by their husbands in Shia jurisprudence and Iran's law citing to reliable documents and sources (Verses, traditions and current laws in our country).

Abstract
Scrap tyres have been used in many applications such as geotechnical engineering. It has been found that scrap tyres are a favourable material in this field. However, its high deformability is a matter of concern. Some solutions have been investigated while for having a very limited deformation, an alternative to scrap tyre must be provided. High tensile stress and low tensile strain of fibreglass would make it a good alternative to scrap tyres. This paper evaluates fibreglass as an alternative material to scrap tyre in some cases. Tensile tests have been carried out on strip and ‘8’ shappedd samples of fibreglass and scrap tyre. Fibreglass samples were produced from a Chopped Strand mat—a very low cost- material that cured by a resin and a hardener. Statistical analysis on the results of strip samples indicated that in the maximum tensile test, fiberglass samples experience 2% while tyre samples experience 11% of strain respectively. As for ‘8’ shappedd samples, It was found that values of the elongation and strain of tyre samples at maximum tensile load are greater than of what obtained for fiberglass up to 70% and 105.6% respectively.

Influence of heavy metals on earthworms, soil microbial community and mammals

125-134Full Text

Ahmad Gholamalizadeh Ahangar and Abbas Keshtehgar*

Abstract
The definition of heavy metals varies in the scientific literature. However, the most wide definition consider heavy metals as all of those metals whose atomic weight is more than that of hydrogen. According to another definition, a heavy metal is a metal, whose density is above 5 g/cm3. Earthworms play an import role in soil ecosystems, since they contribute to organic matter incorporation and decomposition, excavation of burrows and production of casts. A decrease in earthworm abundance caused by soil heavy metal contamination may diminish these ecological functions. Mammals used as a source of biomarkers should have a high abundance in urban areas, a low rate of migration and be limited to a small space to ensure the detection of local phenomena according to the variety of local sources in cities. Soil microbial community structure and activity depend to a large extent on the status of their soil habitat. Within this habitat, soil organisms are eating, respiring, competing, cooperating, and responding to changes in their immediate environment. Indeed, the majority of the microbial community may be dormant at any given time in most soils, ready to respond as conditions for a particular group become favorable.

Saeed Jamebozorgi and Mozhdeh Liyaghati-Delshad*

Abstract
The synthesis and biological studies of some metal complexes of thiocarbohydrazone ligand are described. The ligand is obtained by condensation of thiocarbonohydrazide with nicotinaldehyde. The metal complexes of Co(II) and Cu(II) with 1,5-bis(pyridin-3 ylmethylene) thiocarbonohydrazide were synthesized and isolated as solid products and characterized by analytical means as well as by spectral techniques such as FT-IR, UV–Vis, microanalysis and molar conductivity. Also the synthesized complexes and ligand were screened for their antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Serratia marcescens, Staphylococcus aureus, and Proteus vulgaris and results showed that the all complexes have antibacterial effects.

A study of Arabic lexicons, their compilation methods, and development

157-162Full Text

Mohammad Hassan Edrisi* and Gholamhossein Sharifi

Abstract
A Lexicon is a limited collection of words or lexical unites of a language or a number of languages (bilingual or multilingual dictionaries) which have been chosen with a certain arrangement. The order and arrangement with which the lexicographer choses to present the dictionary leads to the formation of the structure of the dictionary. A challenge of the lexicographer in all languages is that there is no one universal method for this occupation. The method the lexicographer choses depends entirely on the vocabulary presented in their lexicon, and their goal and readers. For example, the method of lexicographers who organize vocabulary based on meaning differs completely from that of lexicographers who organize vocabulary based on their last letter, which is for the use of poets and prosaists. The present essay studies Arabic lexicon categorization and classifies them into 8 categories: irregular order, classified order, topical order, semantic order, syntactic order, etymological order, phonetic order, and alphabetical order.

Abstract
Studies on zoning and micro- zoning have been considered as a very important stage within conclusive planning of risk management and loss reduction and potential damages from earthquake in areas which are more prone to earthquake as long as four decades. Regarding the importance of the earthquake issue in Iran and its risks, all cities are required to perform a study on zoning and micro- zoning to countermeasure about earthquake risks and damages. It allows us to identify more prone zones. Site response analysis is considered as one of basics of studies on seismic geotechnical zoning and micro- zoning which is performed using geology, geophysics, and geotechnical researches in the form of determining site properties. The site conditions vary because of thickness and property changes of soil layers, bedrock depth and water table. It also drastically affects earthquake characteristics on the earth.

Abstract
Water shortage in Iran is one of the limiting factors of sustainable development in the future. The factors influencing the shortage are management, and use of water in various economic sections including the most important part namely agriculture. The most important tool for management and allocation of water resources in agriculture is water pricing which can prevent the vital liquid from the indiscriminate and unlimited use. For this purpose, we use the methods of production function to calculate value of water in the paddy farmlands covered by Alborz Dam in the area of Alborz project. Required data were collected through 387 questionnaires, and field studies in this domain for 2014. According to the results of the transcendental production function, the economic value of water for crops covered by the Alborz Dam was calculated 15210 IRR per cubic meter. Results show a significant difference between the price obtained and Water prices paid by farmers that is 232 IRR in the modern semi network per cubic meter.
